Behaviour

Our behaviour training is divided into two sub categories: one to one training and behaviour consultations.

1 – 2 – 1

One to one training is offered to all those booked onto and attending our training classes. In these sessions we aim to help with any general obedience problems you may be encountering. Common issues we help with are pulling on the lead, poor recall, boisterous behaviour and puppy introductions.

We also offer a home based course for new rescue dogs, new pet introductions, and new baby adjustments.

Behaviour Consultations

I have been a member of the APBC (Association of Pet Behaviour Counsellors) since 2013, an organisation that promotes a high level of academic achievement and professional experience in its members. As such, I will only see dogs for behavioural analysis on veterinary referral to ensure there are no underlying medical causes for your pets behaviour. If you wish to be referred please contact us for a veterinary referral form to be filled out by your pet’s regular vet. I will also send you a new patient questionnaire at this time to be returned prior to our first meeting. Consultations take place in the pet's home and are charged at £85 per hour, which includes a personal treatment plan which will be written and sent to you within 48 hours of the consultation..
